Equipping students with truth today for a brighter tomorrow. This community-based abstinence education program teaches students important lessons about healthy relationships and character, giving them social skills that will impact them for the rest of their lives.
Alpha Women's Resource Center's vision is to see a culture in our community that reflects people who value life, live with hope, and enjoy purity. "Just Think" provides accurate information and facts using a curriculum that engages and encourages students to think through some of the most important decisions of their lives. The center provides abstinence education to students in grades 6 to 12 in Clarke, Washington, and Choctaw counties, to home school groups, churches, and civic organizations, under the direction of trained abstinence educators.
Young adults face many pressures to have sex, use drugs, and drink alcohol with their friends. Alpha has the opportunity to help students see how these decisions have lasting impacts on their future and on their physical and emotional well-being. We have seen how factual information presented to young people helps them make an informed decision about their future. "Just Think" focuses on the positive physical and emotional outcomes of remaining sexually abstinent until marriage, provides factual information on contraceptives, educates students on the consequences of drug and alcohol use as they relate to sexual health risks, and covers sexually transmitted infections.
Age-appropriate programs from sixth grade through senior year, taught in schools, churches, and youth groups.

A two-day program that educates students on the many changes to their bodies. Day one shares ways sixth graders can survive adolescence. Day two includes an age-appropriate lesson on sex, where babies come from, and ways to resist the pressures toward all risky behavior as they enter their teenage years.
A&M Partnership · 7th grade · separated
A three-day program that lets seventh graders dream about their futures and connect their today with their tomorrow. Students make plans for the future, learn what happens if you have sex before marriage and how it can become a roadblock, and hear abstinence defined and promoted with contemporary stories and illustrations.

A three-day program built on A.C. Green's message of abstinence and purity. Developed by Project Reality and A&M Partnership with A.C. Green, Game Plan is a sport-themed, positive approach to abstinence education for students in schools across America.

A three-day program that inspires students to aspire to healthy choices during their "critical moment" (the teenage years) and to choose abstinence until marriage as the healthiest and safest choice. Chapters include Living Life on Purpose, Standing Strong, Thinking Ahead, Protecting Your Mind, The Power of Self Control, Marriage Rocks, Making a Fresh Start, and The Big Picture.
Joi Wasill / Lifeline · 10th grade · coed
A two-day program designed to reveal the facts, dispel myths, and communicate the consequences of teen pregnancy to the audience most affected: high school students. Each of the three options is presented factually and scientifically so that an informed decision can be made. Opinions, beliefs, and politics are not part of the presentation.
S.A.f.E. · 12th grade · coed
A one-day program presented to seniors in their Economics classes. Students receive facts about the financial consequences of having sex as a teenager, including the costs of STD treatment, sterility, cancer, pregnancy, divorce, alimony, and child support, and are encouraged to think about how their choices affect life after graduation.
A&M Partnership · 7th to 12th grade · coed or separated
A one-day program for church youth groups, occasionally used in private schools. Following the story of Joseph, Excel helps each student think through some of the most important decisions in life and resist the world's pressure toward sexual activity by drawing near to the Lord. Chapters include Living Life on Purpose, Never Alone, Standing Strong, Protecting Your Mind, Waiting on the Lord, Marriage Rocks, Making a Fresh Start, and The Big Picture.
You can be a part of this ministry in several ways: educating, praying, and supporting. Men and women are needed to volunteer as trained abstinence educators. You can also pray for our schools, teachers, and educators as they work with students, and you can support the program with funds that keep it in classrooms.
